Hand Grips
I've just been experimenting more with the handgrips. Besides using them to strengthen my handgrip, I can use them to strengthen various adductor and flexor muscles, and by pulling on each handle of the hand grip with both hands, I can even use it to isometrically exercise the abductor muscles of the shoulders, or holding it a different way, my triceps. With hand and foot pulling against each other, I can use it to isometrically exercise my calves, biceps, and anterior shoulder muscles. Pulling from the bottom of the toes, it can exercise my shins.
